Rainy Days and Getting Older

Well, my 33rd birthday has come and gone. It was nice evening, the girls and DH took me out to eat and we had ice cream under the stars. It was a special thrill for the girls to be out and about after dark, particularly. It's just hard to believe I'm already almost in my mid-30s. There was an article today about Generation Y, for which I don't qualify since I was born in 75 and it is 79 to something-or-another (see, the memory's going, too), and it was weird to see this generation younger than coming up.

LifeAfter60's houseguest seems to be very nice. I'm anxious to hear about how the extended togetherness turns out.
